Security assessments and penetration testing identify vulnerabilities known at the time of testing using agreed-upon methodologies. No security assessment can guarantee the identification of all vulnerabilities or provide absolute protection against all threats.
Our recommendations and reports are provided for informational purposes and reflect our professional judgment. Implementation of recommendations remains the responsibility of the client.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hermes Security, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with:
By engaging Hermes Security for penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, or other security testing services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to authorize such testing on all systems, networks, and applications included in the scope of work.
You agree to provide written authorization prior to the commencement of any security testing activities and to hold Hermes Security harmless for any disruptions that may occur during authorized testing conducted within the agreed scope.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including the GDPR and CCPA. Where we process personal data on your behalf during service delivery, we will enter into appropriate data processing agreements.
These Terms remain in effect as long as you access or use our website. For professional service engagements, the term and termination provisions specified in the applicable SOW or MSA shall govern.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
